How We Handle Your Quote and Contact Details

What does the quote form collect?

The quote form asks for 6 required details: ZIP code, dates, unit type, quantity, headcount and a phone number. Name, email and notes are optional. Noah Rental Works uses those details to price and plan your rental. We don't ask for card numbers, birthdays or Social Security numbers on the form.

Who processes the quote form?

The quote form is processed by Web3Forms, a form service that turns each submission into an email sent to our inbox. Web3Forms handles the data only to deliver that email. Noah Rental Works does not use Web3Forms for marketing, and form details are not posted anywhere public.

What happens with information from a phone call?

When you phone (864) 209-8789, we write down the details needed for 1 order: your name, number, address, dates and unit choice. Those notes go into the same order record as a form request. We use the phone notes only to quote, schedule, service and bill that rental.

If you text us a photo of your placement spot, that photo is kept with your order so the driver can find the spot. We don't use your photos for advertising.

How do we use your information?

Noah Rental Works uses your details for 4 jobs: sending quotes, scheduling delivery and pickup, billing, and service texts. Service texts cover delivery calls, service-day notes and pickup reminders. We don't send marketing texts, and we don't add your number to any call list.

• Quotes: pricing your unit, distance and dates.
• Scheduling: routing trucks and calling about 30 minutes before arrival.
• Billing: charging the order and each 28-day cycle on long rentals.
• Service texts: delivery, service and pickup updates for your order.

Do we sell or share your information?

Noah Rental Works never sells your information. We share details with only 2 outside services that make an order work, the form service and the payment processor, plus anyone the law requires us to tell. Our own crew sees only what a delivery needs.

We don't run ad networks, data brokers or lead-sharing deals. Your order stays with the people who deliver it.

How long do we keep your information?

Quote requests that never become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order and billing records are kept as long as tax and business record rules require, which is usually several years. When a record is no longer needed, Noah Rental Works deletes the record or removes the personal details.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See "What choices do you have?" below.

How are card payments handled?

Card payments are processed by our payment processor, not stored on our own computers. Noah Rental Works does not keep full card numbers. We can see only basic details, such as the last 4 digits and expiration date, so we can match payments to orders and bill long-term cycles.

Never send a full card number by text, email or the quote form notes. If you do by mistake, we'll delete the message and ask you to pay through the secure payment link instead.

Does the site use cookies?

The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad tracking. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when a page loads, as with any site using Google Fonts. Your browser may also keep 1 small setting, such as a light or dark theme choice.

Google's handling of font requests is covered by Google's own privacy policy. You can block third-party requests in your browser; the site still works with fallback fonts.

What choices do you have?

You can ask Noah Rental Works to show, correct or delete your information at any time. Call (864) 209-8789, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., or write to 4106 Liberty Hwy, Anderson, SC 29621. We may keep records the law requires, such as paid invoices.

You can also ask us to stop service texts for a past order. Texts tied to an active rental, like the driver's arrival call, are part of delivering the unit.

What about children, and how will this policy change?

The site is meant for adults booking rentals, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it. When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page, and the newest version applies from that date forward.
