Who is Noah, and what is Noah Rental Works?

Noah owns Noah Rental Works and runs the business from 4106 Liberty Hwy in Anderson. Noah answers the phone, prices the jobs and sets the delivery routes each day. The business rents portable toilets, hand wash stations, VIP cabins and restroom trailers across 6 Upstate counties, with scheduled runs farther out.

When you call (864) 209-8789, you reach the person who knows where every truck is that day. That's on purpose. Noah wanted a phone line where a question gets a real answer, not a callback from a call center two states away.

We keep the setup simple. One yard, our own units, our own trucks, and a short list of rules that are the same for everyone. You can read those rules in plain words on our rental terms page.

Do we own the units and trucks, or broker them out?

Noah Rental Works owns 100% of the units it rents and runs its own trucks out of the Anderson yard. No order gets passed to another company. The same crew that delivers your unit also services the unit and picks the unit up, so one team answers for the whole rental.

A broker takes your order and hands it to whatever yard has a truck free. That's how quotes change mid-call and units show up dirty. We skip that layer.

Because the trucks are ours, Noah can tell you on the phone whether a same-day drop is possible. Call by noon, Monday through Saturday, and if your address is inside our Upstate route, the answer is usually yes. See where our trucks run.

How do we clean a unit at the yard?

Every unit goes through the same 6-step cleaning at our Anderson yard before the unit leaves on a truck. The crew pumps the tank, washes every surface, sanitizes and dries the interior, then adds fresh deodorizer and supplies. A unit that fails a final check goes back through the wash.

  1. Pump the tank completely, down to the bottom.
  2. Pressure-wash the outside, the floor, the walls and the underside of the seat.
  3. Sanitize the seat, urinal, door handle, latch and any sink with a disinfectant.
  4. Dry and inspect the vents, door spring, latch and floor for cracks or wear.
  5. Charge the tank with fresh water and blue deodorizer.
  6. Stock 2 rolls of toilet paper and a full hand sanitizer, plus soap and towels on sink units.

Hand wash stations get their fresh-water tanks drained, rinsed and refilled. Units with sinks get the same treatment on both tanks.

Where does the waste go?

South Carolina Regulation 61-56.1 licenses businesses that clean self-contained toilets, and waste may go only to approved disposal facilities. Noah Rental Works follows R.61-56.1 on every pump-out. Waste from your unit never gets dumped in a field, a ditch or a private septic tank.

The state agency that oversees this is SCDES, the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (formerly DHEC). You can read the rule yourself in SCDES Regulation 61-56.1.

Proper disposal costs more than cutting corners, and that cost is built into your quote. We'd rather you know where the money goes than wonder.

Why do we price with itemized quotes and no surcharges?

Every Noah Rental Works quote lists 6 possible lines: unit, delivery and pickup, service, mileage, any rush charge and sales tax. Nothing gets added after you approve. There is no card surcharge, no fuel surcharge and no removal fee, so the total on the quote is the total you pay.

Plenty of people have been quoted one number and charged another once fees showed up. We think that's the fastest way to lose a customer. So the quote is the bill.

Where do we work, and how do you reach us?

Our trucks run daily routes through Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Greenville, Abbeville and Greenwood counties. Coastal and Midlands cities get scheduled runs booked 3 or more business days ahead. The office answers Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and quotes come back within 30 minutes.

Call (864) 209-8789 or send the quote form with your ZIP, dates and headcount. We're closed Sunday, so weekend form requests get answered Monday morning.

Questions renters ask before booking

Can I talk to Noah directly about a big order?

Noah takes calls on large events and multi-unit jobs himself. Call (864) 209-8789 during business hours and ask for him.

Do you ever hand my order off to another company?

Every order runs on our own trucks with our own units. If a job is outside what we can serve well, we tell you that up front instead of passing it along.

What happens if I reach out on a Sunday?

We're closed Sunday, but the quote form works any time. Expect a reply Monday morning, starting at 7 a.m.

How do I know your quote won't change after I pay?

The itemized quote you approve is the amount charged. The only way the total changes is if you change the order, like adding units or days.

Does the same crew deliver and service my unit?

Our own crew handles delivery, weekly service and pickup. If something looks wrong at your site, they report it straight to Noah.
